Chief Executive Officer/Administrator 

Beverly Davis has a true passion for helping others.  After retiring from her career as a U.S. Naval Officer working predominantly in human resources, Beverly Davis earned her Masters Degree in Health with a concentration in Aging Services Management at the University of North Florida.  Rotating through several departments at both the VA Nursing Home and at Westminster Woods Continuing Care Retirement Community, Beverly also earned her certification as an Assisted Living Facility Administrator. Her time spent in the nursing homes confirmed her resolve to become a provider of non-medical home care services for the seniors.  Since the staff to resident ratio at even the best nursing homes makes it impossible to maintain the one-on-one relationship and physical independence necessary for optimal physical, mental and emotional well-being, Beverly is committed to filling the gap between independent and assisted living for the seniors.

Beverly heads a team that consists of an Administrative Assistant, Client Care Service Managers, Certified Nursing Assistants, Home Makers and Companions who provide seniors with the support and services required to remain living independently and comfortably at home, where many prefer to reside.  Beverly ensures that all caregivers are properly screened and trained in order to provide the best possible service our seniors deserve.

 

 

 

Client Care Service Managers

Client Care Service Managers are the link between clients and caregivers.  A Client Care Service Manager is assigned to every client to help facilitate a high level of personalized services and support for the client.  In addition to conducting unannounced quality spot checks, Client Care Service Managers routinely communicate with both clients and caregivers to ensure appropriate quality care is provided.  Client Care Service Managers also liaise with designated family members to provide status reports on their loved ones. 

 

Care Givers

Companions, Home Makers and Certified Nursing Assistants provide a plethora of services for clients.  Our care givers have all demonstrated a high degree of professionalism in providing service and support for seniors.  All care givers complete a background check, abuse registry check, and a driver license check prior to being employed with Sensi-Care Services, Inc.  Care givers are also given competency tests to ensure consistent, quality care for our seniors.
